NEOFEE launches new services in healthcare
Oliver Neubert holds a MSc in Addiction Studies from King’s College London, as well as a PGcert in Addiction Psychology & Counselling. Following a career in the communications business, he decided to turn his talents to something more meaningful and has subsequently been working in the field of addiction treatment.
Oliver says of Fenina:

Fenina Erpf holds a MSc in Social, Business and Organizational Psychology, and is trained as a Mediator. After many years of experience in leading positions at various agencies and as project manager for marketing campaigns, she and Oliver Neubert built up an innovative offer in addiction care.
Fenina says of Oliver:

TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS:
Employers facing substance abuse or alcohol problems within their workforce are often unable to cope. NEOFEE offers in-house trainings and workshops that provide the necessary basic knowledge and appropriate procedures within the company. The latest scientific findings on addiction and substance abuse are conveyed in an easily understandable and user-friendly manner. Using concrete case studies and practical exercises, our customers learn to recognize potential difficulties at an early stage and to take appropriate measures.
SCREENING:
It is common that patients with problematic substance use are not recognized as such by physicians. NEOFEE, together with partners from the healthcare sector and scientific community, is adapting a new method, which greatly simplifies recognition, first intervention and referral for further assessment where required. This model has been validated abroad and enables medical staff to evaluate substance use, a key health issue factor, with minimal effort and in the shortest time possible, without stigmatizing the patient.
